I had an incredible stay here with stunning harbor views from my room and delicious breakfasts each morning. The only downside was the room being a bit warm at night without AC. Definitely planning to return!

The historical charm of The Latch Inn creates a
unique experience. From the beautifully maintained gardens to the cozy atmosphere, we felt transported to a different time. The breakfasts were indeed unforgettable, showcasing fresh ingredients. However, some of the plumbing showed its age, which might require some adjustments.

Breakfast was top-notch, especially the homemade berry biscuits and eggs Benedict. The staff prepared a lovely Anniversary tray with champagne, making the occasion feel special. Enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor patio with a morning coffee. The building itself has great character, being made from logs, and it provided an amazing atmosphere. On the downside, the room was quite warm at night without air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable for some. The renovation kept the building's history intact, but I noticed some areas could use better maintenance, particularly the dusting. Overall, a pleasant stay, but minor improvements could enhance comfort levels.

Breakfast was a standout with homemade berry biscuits and eggs Benedict that had me dreaming about them long after. We enjoyed it outside, soaking in the views, and the staff surprised us with a lovely Anniversary tray featuring champagne also, which made our stay even more special!
On the flip side, I was bummed to drop an extra $25 a night for my pup and still have restrictions around where he could be. The noise from the marina on weekdays didn't help the tranquil vibes either, and my room needed some serious TLC – the toilet handle was a bit finicky!

Great location a few blocks from shopping areas without the noise from the street.
Dog policy costs an extra $25/night with many restrictions. I couldn’t leave my dog in the room or take him to the dining area. The patio can be chilly, particularly in August, and noise from the marina disrupts the calm, with sounds from drydock work during weekdays. The thin walls make it hard to escape sounds from neighboring rooms, which can carry late into the night. The toilet handle in my room needed fiddling to flush properly, a minor annoyance but noteworthy.
